By placing an order with Nuralis, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure you fully understand our return and refund procedures.
90-Day Return Policy
We offer a 90-day return policy, which means you have 90 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unopened and undamaged.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at info@trynuralis.com with the following details:

We will replace the defective item at no extra cost to you. Delivery time for the replacement product may vary depending on your location.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for returns.

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee for Nuralis Rosemary Shampoo. To qualify, you must meet the following requirements:

Provide 2 dated photos: one before starting the product and another after 60 days of use.

Photos must be good quality, unedited, and clearly show progress.
Product Usage

Use the oil as recommended: 2–3 times per week for at least 60 consecutive days.

Failure to follow this frequency will void the guarantee.
Proof of Purchase

Provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) dated within the last 90 days.

Refunds
By default, refunds are issued as store credit.
How long does it take?
Refunds may take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified and approved by our accounting department.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, you’ll automatically receive a full refund for your order.
Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. On average, this takes 3–5 business days after you receive our approval email.

Only the final amount paid (after any discounts) will be refunded. Promotional codes or coupons are non-refundable and cannot be reissued.

If you are returning products worth more than $50, we strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking.
